Koa Capital Partners purchases Maui Fire & Flood, Hawai‘i's 2nd largest restoration and remediation company; plans statewide expansion by end of year under the name “Premier Restoraion Hawai‘i”.

(Honolulu, HI) Koa Capital Partners announces the purchase of Maui Fire & Flood along with sufficient growth capital to fund a rapid statewide expansion in the coming months.

Maui Fire & Flood is considered a leader in the state for its breadth and depth of services and overall customer experience ratings. That level of quality and service will be brought to O‘ahu, the Big Island and Kaua‘i under the new company name of “Premier Restoration Hawai‘i” (, with the support of new and existing management.

All senior management will be located on Oahu. Darryl Nakamoto, formally the head of Island Flooring and CFO of Hoku Scientific and present Entrepreneur-In-Residence with Koa Capital, steps in as President and CFO. Bob Egbert, formally with Alert Alarm, will step in as VP of Business Development. Anthony Nelson, formally the GM of Maui Fire & Flood, will oversee the multi-island expansion and statewide operations.

Operations on O‘ahu are expected to be fully functional by October 2016 with operations on the Big Island and Kaua‘i operational in the first quarter of 2017.
