Dustin, raised in Hawaii, spent most of his formative years in Chicago, LA and SF, developing a skill set encompassing sales, business development and brand strategy. Having most recently run and owned ProService Hawaii, he also has a keen understanding of Hawaii labor law.
Dustin works closely with our portfolio companies to refine their service offerings and focus on the areas that make them uniquely competitive in the marketplace.
Sellers is a graduate of Punahou School. He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Southern California and a master's degree in business administration from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
Sellers serves as a trustee for The Nature Conservancy of Hawaii, is Chair of The Aloha United Way Tocqueville Society, PACE (Pacific Asian Center for Entrepreneurship) and Membership Chair of YPO (Young Presidents Organization). He is past co-chair of the Hawaii Executive Conference, past chairman of the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters Hawaii and The GIFT Foundation and board member of The Boy Scout's Aloha Council and Ahahui Koa Anuenue (UH Athletics Fundraising).
Chris, a serial entrepreneur, has started 3 highly successful local companies (Fileminders/Access Storage, America's Mattress, Aina Koa Pono) prior to joining Koa. He brings a 30+ year Kama'aina operating background to our portfolio companies, offering sage, practical advice to our management teams and their reports.
Chris, having spent most of his professional life in Hawaii, brings to Koa a strong understanding of the local business community and a track record of revenue growth mixed with an emphasis on healthy business cultures.
Presently he serves on the Board of Directors for Kapiolani Medical Center for Women & Children, as well as on advisory boards for several local private companies. He is also a member of The Nature Conservancy of Hawaii's Corporate Council for the Environment and a member of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO). Eldridge attended Punahou School on Oahu and earned a BA in Economics and Business from Boston University.
Eldridge, his wife and two children reside in Honolulu.
Mr. Mizuguchi, a Kaiser High School graduate, has spent most of his career on the mainland US, having attended the University of Southern California’s undergraduate business school and receiving his MBA from UC Berkeley. He started his career at E&Y in Transactional Services (M&A) division and has spent time at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in their Investment Banking division along with working in Silicon Valley for Paypal in their Strategic Finance and New Ventures division.
